Payments & Insurance

Do you accept insurance?
No. We don’t bill insurance. This allows longer, more personalized visits without third-party limits.

If you are fortunate enough to have traditional Medicare; you pay for your visit, we file for you, and Medicare will reimburse you up to their amount payable.

Can I use my HSA or FSA?
Yes. Most services are eligible. We’ll provide itemized receipts for your records or reimbursement.

What forms of payment do you accept?  Payment is due at the time of service.

  • Credit/debit cards (including HSA/FSA cards)

  • Checks

  • Cash

Can I submit to insurance for out-of-network benefits?
We can provide a superbill (with diagnostic and procedure codes) for you to submit. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and varies by plan.

Do you offer payment plans or packages?
Yes. Select programs and service bundles may include installment options and built-in savings. Ask our team for current offerings.
